GlowZen Shipping Policy — Pakistan

We offer delivery across Pakistan at a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 per order.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the customer's location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number.
Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, public holidays, bad weather, or courier delays.
If an order is returned because the customer refuses or fails to receive it, additional delivery charges may apply.
